Welcome to Athens Art Tours. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour or participating in any of our activities. By booking or participating in a tour, you agree to the following:

General

• “Athens Art Tours” organizes and guides art-focused tours in Athens and nearby areas.
• Participation in a tour is subject to prior registration and full payment.
• Athens Art Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registration. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
• Tour itineraries, guides, meeting points, and schedules are subject to change due to external factors, including weather, site availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Registration and Payment

• Registration for a tour is completed upon receipt of full payment.
• Payment can be made through the methods detailed on our website.
• After payment, a confirmation email with tour details will be sent.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by the participant up to 7 days before the tour: a full refund will be issued, minus a 5% handling fee.
• Cancellation between 7 to 3 days before the tour: a 50% refund will be issued.
• Cancellation within 72 hours before the tour or non-attendance: no refund will be given.
• Special cancellation terms may apply to private or customized tours; these terms will be specified at the time of booking.

Participation and Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the tour.
• Athens Art Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour unless caused by negligence on our part.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the guide in advance about any special needs or physical conditions that may require assistance.

Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during the tours (including texts, images, and recordings) are the intellectual property of Athens Art Tours and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during the registration process is used solely for managing bookings and communicating with participants.
• Athens Art Tours does not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Athens Art Tours may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
• Participation in a tour after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
